Good room, but service needs a boost

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was decent and spacious, but the service was a bit lacking. The receptionist was rude and didn’t explain basic stuff like where to find towels for the pool. The cheese board was really small for two, and we had to pay for water! The restaurant was nice though.

knights hill offers a nice and clean executive double room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is ideal for a relaxing break during these busy times. breakfast was good, although i wish the cappuccino wasn’t extra. overall, very pleasant experience!
